Ace Home Center will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Idaho lost 97 soldiers in the Korean war and 137 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 139 E Main St, Grangeville will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW Crea-De Haven Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Ace Home Center while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Ace Home Center is located at 139 E Main St, Grangeville, Idaho. This location is owned by Dallas Neumann, represented by Bethany Davis and managed by Bill Vetter.
