FOIA Request to Lewis-Clark State College regarding University Board Member Information on October 22, 2025.

A public records request was submitted by North Idaho Times to Lewis-Clark State College under the Idaho Public Records Act § 74-101 et seq. The request seeks information related to the college’s governing board or board of trustees. Specifically, the requested records include a current list of board members with their full names, titles or positions, and terms of service. Additionally, any official headshots, portraits, or photographs maintained by the university for use in official publications or directories are requested. The request also includes any official biographies or biographical summaries prepared or maintained by the university for press releases, board directories, or public profiles.

The request emphasizes the role of media in holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public. As such, North Idaho Times has requested a fee waiver based on their status as a media organization.
