The Idaho Vandals men’s basketball team announced on May 1 the addition of junior college standout Brady Kennison to its roster for the 2026-27 season.
The signing is part of the team’s efforts to strengthen its lineup as it aims to defend its Big Sky title. Head coach Alex Pribble said, “Brady is exactly what this team needed. A proven scorer, an elite three-point shooter, and a very good playmaker as well. He’s a great kid who plays the game with a little chip on his shoulder. He’s also a good student, and he will thrive in the Moscow community. We can’t wait to get Brady out here and get to work!”
Kennison played last season at North Platte Community College, where he averaged 18.5 points per game over 30 games and made 111 three-pointers—the most by any player in the National Junior College Athletic Association that year. He was named first-team All-Region after posting two double-doubles in points and assists and achieving three games with at least 30 points, including one performance with 39 points on February shooting.
Before joining North Platte, Kennison spent his freshman year at Collin College where he averaged ten points per game and scored twenty or more twice during that season.
Kennison becomes Idaho’s first junior college signee for the class of 2026. He joins Kase Wynott, Diego Trejo-Delgado, Hudson Ward, TJ Wal, and Nolan Newman-Gomez as spring additions to next year’s squad.
