The Palouse Basin Aquifer Committee (PBAC) typically meets every third Thursday of the month starting at 2:00PM lasting no more than 2 hours. Visit palousebasin.org or email pbac@uidaho.edu for more information.

PBAC works to ensure a long-term, quality water supply for the Palouse Basin region. Its members consist of 12 representatives, two from each of the six member entities, which include: City of Moscow, City of Pullman, Latah County, Whitman County, University of Idaho, and Washington State University.
