Representing Idaho since 2019, Fulcher continues his focus on state and national concerns, having previously served in the Idaho Senate.
In a series of communications, Fulcher discussed his involvement in a telephone town hall, where he addressed significant topics such as Medicaid, Social Security, the country's $36 trillion national debt, and the inefficiencies within federal agencies in Washington, D.C. He noted, "Kicking off our ID-01 telephone town hall last week, I touched on the misinformation surrounding Medicaid and Social Security, our country’s $36 trillion national debt, and the extensive issue of bloated and inefficient federal agencies in D.C." This town hall took place last week with details shared on April 14, 2025.
On the same day, Fulcher highlighted important international trade negotiations aimed at improving the situation for American manufacturers and workers. He mentioned that more than 75 countries are involved in these negotiations and said, "75+ countries have come to the table to negotiate better terms for American manufacturers and workers." He further noted the significant moves by Israel and Vietnam, stating, "Israel has announced they will eliminate trade barriers and the trade deficit with the U.S. and Vietnam has offered to drop tariffs on U.S. products to zero."
On April 15, 2025, Fulcher reiterated the importance of transportation and infrastructure networks for Idaho's economic stability. He conveyed this message at an event with the American Council of Engineering Companies of Idaho, saying, "Maintaining robust transportation and infrastructure networks is critical to sustaining Idaho's economic growth and prosperity."
