The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announce the opening of registration for the Tiny Poem Workshop, an event at Moscow City Hall on Sat., February 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Moscow Poet Laureate, Stacy Boe Miller, will teach strategies for creating poetry. Workshop participants will go home with a button featuring a poem of their own.
