On January 30, 2025, Fulcher addressed a tragic incident at Reagan Airport. He expressed deep sorrow over the event and offered support to those affected. "Absolutely devastating. Please join me in continuing to pray for the souls involved in the tragic aircraft collision at Reagan Airport and their families as they learn the unimaginable." "Millions depend on reliable and accessible mail delivery—regardless of how rural their neighborhood is." On January 31, 2025, Fulcher addressed the issue of rising wildfires and proposed shifting land stewardship responsibilities from federal to state authorities. "I firmly believe the way we address the crisis of rising wildfires is to transfer the responsibility of land stewardship from the federal government to the state."
