Russ Fulcher, a U.S. Congressman representing Idaho's 1st district since 2019, has been actively sharing his views and activities on social media. Born in Boise, Idaho in 1962, Fulcher is an alumnus of Boise State University and resides in Meridian.

On February 16, 2025, Fulcher shared a religious message quoting Colossians 3:15: "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful." He extended wishes for a blessed Sunday to his followers.

On February 18, 2025, Fulcher expressed his opposition to the Biden administration's FCC expansion of the E-Rate program. In his tweet, he stated that the expansion was "a blatant example of overreach that is not only unlawful but disregards congressional intent." Fulcher announced that he had introduced a resolution to overturn this rule.

On February 19, 2025, Fulcher informed his audience about his participation in a radio discussion. He tweeted about joining Kevin Miller on KIDO Talk Radio to discuss developments in Washington D.C., including budgetary issues at 7:35 MT.
