Russ Fulcher, a U.S. Congressman representing Idaho’s 1st district, made several statements on social media in April 2025. The topics he addressed ranged from border security and immigration laws to personal reflections and religious scripture.

In a tweet dated April 4, 2025, Fulcher highlighted the significance of secure ports of entry for Idaho, a northern border state. He praised the efforts of President Biden, Governor Kristi Noem, and the Department of Homeland Security, stating, "Due to the swift work of @POTUS, @Sec_Noem, and @DHSgov, illegal border crossings are at record LOWS." He reaffirmed the Idaho delegation's commitment to having the necessary resources for border security.

On April 6, 2025, Fulcher shared a religious quote from Deuteronomy 31:6 on his Twitter account, stating, “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” He wished his followers a blessed Sunday, signing the message with his name.

On April 7, 2025, Fulcher addressed election security, commenting on the verification of voters' citizenship status. He stated, "While it is illegal for noncitizens to vote in U.S. federal elections, current law does not require this to be VERIFIED with in-person proof of citizenship." Fulcher advocated for the Save America Votes Equal (SAVE) Act, aiming to implement measures ensuring secure elections.
